What to expect:

• Management of a multidisciplinary team of 12 employees in field sales and internal sales.
• Develop long-term strategic plan to strengthen competitiveness by identifying new business opportunities and partnerships.
• Continuously winning new customers and maintaining existing customer relationships, focusing on excellent customer service and building long-term customer relationships.
• Ensuring and monitoring corporate targets and key figures in your own area of responsibility.
• Initiating and leading specific projects within the sales organization to ensure a lean sales process.
• Encourage a positive team culture that thrives on innovation and collaboration.

You will be responsible for:

• Management of a multidisciplinary team of 12 employees in field sales and internal sales.
• Assign, evaluate, and evaluate the performance of subordinate employees
• Remuneration of employees in accordance with the full wage regulation
• Design and co-determine the selection and purchase of new technologies and investments.
• Implementation of changes in the assigned department in order to achieve streamlining of work and completion of tasks within the required deadlines.

What knowledge and skills should you have:

• Successfully completed studies in business administration, industrial engineering or a similar degree programme.
• At least 5 years of proven management experience in leading interdisciplinary teams.
• Successful implementation of sales strategies and expansion into new markets.
• Well-founded knowledge in the field of digitalization of sales processes.
• Excellent communication skills in Czech and English to be able to interact in an international environment.
• Analytical thinking and a strategic mindset to understand complex market data, identify trends and develop strategic plans.
• Ability to work in a team, confident demeanor and assertiveness to lead your team into the future.
